1/2 pound ceremonial cacao
5 seconds of honey out of bottle
4-5 shakes of cinnamon
8 shakes of cayenne
1 small splash of vanilla
4 cups oatly
3-4 cups water
- Chop up cacao into a few pieces
- Add water to bring to the 8 cup fill line
- Choose soup setting on Vitamix
- Push Start
